Admissions and Enrollment

Age criteria

Minimum age for admission (for TERM I starting 1st April):

• LKG: 3 years completed as on 15th March of the respective academic year.
• UKG: 4 years completed as on 15th March of the respective academic year.
• Class I: 5 years completed as on 15th March of the respective academic year.

Students from outside Kuwait

• Students must report for admission within one month from the date of entry in Kuwait.
• The Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the authority controlling the school.
• Transfer Certificate in English (official translation if in another language) is compulsory for admission to Classes 2 and above.
• Residence formalities must be completed within 2 months from the date of entry in Kuwait and the relevant details submitted in the School Office.

Documents required for admission

(The presence of both the child and the father is required)

1. Original Transfer Certificate & Original Report card from the previous school.
2. Passport copy of father, mother & student (first page & last page).
3. Civil ID copy of father, mother & student.
4. 8 (4.5 × 3.5 cm) photographs of the student .
5. 2 (4.5 × 3.5 cm) photographs of the father .
6. 2 (4.5 × 3.5 cm) photographs of the mother .
7. Birth certificate copy of student. (If the student is born in Kuwait the parent should provide the Arabic birth certificate and a copy from their respective Embassy.)
8. Copy of immunization records.
9. Fee dues clearance from previous school (if the student is coming from other schools inside Kuwait).
10. Health file from Fahaheel Medical Center should be submitted at the time of admission if new in Kuwait.
11. If the student is coming from other schools inside Kuwait, health file from the previous school should be submitted before classes start.
